The Project

The 72nd Guest House was designed as a ground-up detached structure intended to complement the mid-century character of the existing historic 1959 Ralph Haver home while functioning as a fully independent living space.

The goal was to create a guest house that felt architecturally consistent with the main residence while maintaining its own identity within the property.

Design Vision

The design draws inspiration from classic mid-century architecture with clean geometry, simple roof forms, and strong connections between interior and exterior spaces.
