Campus Homes were built in 1954 by Del Webb. While originally designed with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1148 sqft some homes have been expanded up to 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom and 2762 sqft.
Nearly flat rooflines with large windows next to the front door are a familiar mid 1950’s design.
Located northwest of Broadway Rd and Mill Ave in Tempe next to Tempe High School and ASU.
