It was designed by Ralph Haver and built by Fred Woodworth between 1960 and 1969. If you’re interested in buying a home in Town & Country Paradise, the neighborhood has homes ranging in size from 1,189 to 2,835 square feet, with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 3 bathrooms.

There are four different elevations in the neighborhood which utilize two different roof lines. Haver’s signature windows are present, as well as an assortment of breeze block. Lots are a nice size, mostly between 8,000 and 10,000 square feet.

Town & Country Paradise sits just east of the 51 freeway north of Shea Boulevard, close to Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Central Phoenix.
