Starlite Vista by Ralph Haver

Starlit Vista is a historic mid-century modern neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona.

It was built between 1953 and 1959 by Ralph Haver. If you’re interested in buying a home in Starlite Vista, the neighborhood offers stylish homes between 1,344 and 2,483 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 1.75 to 3 bathrooms. The lots are a nice size, between 9,000 and 11,000 square feet.

There are two elevations in the neighborhood, a low-slung roofline with a flat-roof carport and a low-pitched gable roof. Both rooflines are highlighted by clerestory windows. The varying window designs, block, and bright colors make this a very cool neighborhood.

Starlite Vista is located northeast of Glendale Avenue and 15th Avenue. The neighborhood is tucked into a quiet pocket while being close to all the action North Central has to offer.
