Sip Coffee & Beer house was originally built in 1955. Sip took over the location with a renovation in 2012 to create what you see today. They serve coffee, beer & food for breakfast as well as lunch/dinner. There is a homelike living room vibe inside and on the patio where patrons sip coffee and pints while working away on laptops and having meetings.
The building is a flat roof design built with block construction and has a nicely designed pergola for the patio space. Rusted metal, teal paint and a wood pop out complete the facade.
