Paradise Gardens by Al Beadle

Paradise Gardens is a historic mid-century modern neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona.

It was built between 1958 and 1964 by Al Beadle. If you’re interested in buying a home in Paradise Gardens, the neighborhood offers four elevations and floor plans: The Saguaro (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom), The Palo Verde (4 bedroom, 2 bathroom), The Ocotillo (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom), and The Cholla (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom). The original designs range in size from 1,400 to 1,800 square feet. Some homes are now over 3,000 square feet due to additions.

The clean lines, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Beadle bulb yard lights shine on large lots with views of nearby mountains.

Paradise Gardens is located just south of Shea Boulevard on 36th Street. This location is very accessible to Downtown Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Scottsdale.
