Mayfair Manor by Ralph Haver

Mayfair Manor is a historic mid-century modern neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona.

It was built between 1949 and 1953 by Ralph Haver. If you’re interested in buying a home in Mayfair Manor, the neighborhood offers homes with 2 to 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2 bathrooms, ranging in size between 1,107 sqft and 2,000 square feet.

There are two original elevations in the neighborhood: a low-pitch gable end roof with clerestory windows tucked under the eaves, and a low-slung center pitch roof with a front window wall. The latter shows off angled posts for the post and beam support in the carport and rear patio. The beamed interior ceilings of the homes are fantastic. A nice variety in sand blasted or painted block, color accents, and landscaping give the homes individual character.

Located just southwest of Bethany Home and 16th Street, Mayfair Manor is nicely located in North Central with close proximity to the Arizona Biltmore and Downtown Phoenix.
