Royale Gardens 1 Old Town Scottsdale

Royale Gardens 1 was built in 1963 by Malouf Enterprises and Dell Trailor. The 12 homes that form a U around the iconic pool are slightly different architecture than all the other homes and were built by Malouf Enterprises. Dell Trailor built the remaining homes in the complex.

The homes are single and 2 level with vaulted ceilings in the core, two story windows and private courtyards. The complex has 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom homes with between 2 and 3 bathrooms ranging from 1424-2236 sqft.

Located just east of Scottsdale Rd on N 72nd Way in Old Town.
