Mariana Park in Tempe is a neighborhood full of fourplexes built in 1959. Each unit is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 500 sqft. They all have a private patios framed with block at the front entrance.

The low slung roofline sits atop the block designed buildings. A vertical line of block pop outs painted to match the color of the eaves accent the facade of the building.
