Kinetik I.T. Inc’s home was built in 1959.

A building that is a combination of block, concrete and glass. The concrete beams that support the roof give nice linear detail and are painted just slightly on the front of the building to make them stand out. The metal work and landscaping finish the look of this very stylish space.

Located 3rd Ave just south of Osborn Rd in Midtown.
