Holiday Park is a multi family housing development built between 1958-1960. Mostly comprised of 4-plexes, they range from duplex to 8-plex.

Developed by The John DeGreer Development Co. Holiday Park was marketed as “Free Rent For Life, Immediate Income, Profit!” Offered in multiples of 4 units, to up to 16 units they were initially priced between $7,000 – $8350 per unit.

The neighborhood is just starting to transform as several of the complexes have been bought up and renovated. There is a long way to go, but with continued renovations this area could shine once again.
