Carol Mary Apartments Phoenix

The Carol Mary Apartments were built 1963 and renovated in 2013. The renovation was completed with an eye for the mid century modern heritage. The complex is full of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom units with 525 sqft.

The two story buildings consist of dark grey block with off white accents from panels and columns. The lime green used for signage and highlighting the metal work at the entrances pairs nicely. Desert landscaping with mature palms gives a great feel to the exterior.
