The Camelback Park Estates were built from 1952 -1953 by Ralph Haver. The original homes were designed as 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with 899 sqft. Homes have been expanded and new builds are filling the neighborhood with up to 4 bedrooms and 3000 sqft.
A simple nearly flat roof design. Haver placed large floor to ceiling windows next to the front door.
Located in the southeast corner of Paradise Valley at Scottsdale Rd and Chaparral Rd.
