The Chase Tower was built in 1972 by Welton Becket and Fred Guirey.
At 483 ft and 40 floors this is the tallest building in Arizona. Taking up an entire city block the building combines concrete and glass to complete the footprint similar to a 3 leaf clover and its stem.
Located on the northeast corner of Monroe St and Central Ave in downtown Phoenix.
