Arcadia

Arcadia is a historic mid-century modern neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona.

It is located in the shadow of Camelback Mountain just west of Old Town Scottsdale. If you’re interested in buying a home in Arcadia, the neighborhood offers large lots in what was once a citrus grove, and homes range in size from around 2,000 to over 10,000 square feet.

Some nice mid mod homes with low-slung rooflines are scattered about. The David and Gladys Wright House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, sits on over 5 acres in the neighborhood.

Arcadia is one of the most desirable locations in the valley.
