Phoenix Financial Center was built from 1967 – 1970 by W.A. Sarmiento.
A great example of modernism with variety yet theme to the entire complex. The tower through a gold interior facade, as well as the round lower buildings are given texture and a unique feel. The details in signage, breeze block and landscaping all pay homage to the era.
